A 9-month apprenticeship and hands-on journey into land-based living — starts March 8, 2026
🪴 This is for you if...
You’ve felt the pull to reconnect. To live more simply. To work with your hands. To unlearn and remember. To grow food. To be in community. To let the seasons teach you something deeper.
🌿 What It Is
A seasonal, hands-on immersion into homesteading skills — from seed to harvest, foraging to fermentation, animal care to land design and more.
Some of what you'll learn:
Grow fooding, planting trees and composting
Preserving harvests and fermenting everything from veggies and grains to wild wines
Foraging for wild food and crafting herbal medicines
Working with reclaimed materials and creative building methods
Caring for and humanely processing animals (chickens, goats and more)
Reading the land through permaculture principles and nature’s rhythms
This is not just about gaining practical skills, but about cultivating a way of being in relationship with land, food, and community.
