It is an honor to collaborate with our friends from Yaima, Masaru Higasa and Pepper Proud. Their music is so dear to us and has offered healing and resonance to many. The purity and sacredness of their music is palpable, which is one reason we love to curate deeper ceremonial containers that weave in breathwork, meditation, and dance. We have been offering these containers with them for the past 6 years at festivals, workshops, concerts, and retreats. We recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary with two beautiful offerings of music and breathwork in Portland and Seattle.

Hosting Retreats with Yaima is an opportunity for us to dive deeper into the magic and sacredness of their music in an intimate container immersed in nature. During our retreats we share in breathwork ceremonies with live music by Yaima, we dance as a way to express our bodies and spirits freely, we commune with nature, explore mindful eating and tap into the beauty of our own musical expression, voice and creative gifts. We call our retreats Ancient Resonance to remind ourselves of what it truly means to be in reciprocity with what is true, what is simple, what is essential to live a life of connection, peace and joy.
