Ceremonial Goat Harvest + Butchering Day 6/8 + 6/9
An intimate, guided, hands-on experience where we will humanely harvest a goat plus the following day we will come together with a smaller group to learn the butchering and processing side, making sausage and ground goat as well. You will take home 3lb of additional goat meat/sausage.
